Psa 41:1 Blessed is he who has regard for the weak; the LORD delivers him in times of trouble.
Psa 82:3-4 Defend the cause of the weak and fatherless; maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed. Rescue the weak and needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.
Prov 24:11-12 Rescue those being led away to death; hold back those staggering
toward slaughter. If you say, "But we knew nothing about this," does not he who
weighs the heart perceive it? Does not he who guards your life know it? Will he
not repay each person according to what he has done?

Prov 29:7 The righteous care about justice for the poor, but the wicked have no such concern.
Prov 31:8-9 Open your mouth for the mute, For the rights of all the unfortunate. Open your mouth, judge righteously, And defend the rights of the afflicted and needy.
Jer 5:28b-29 "...they do not plead the case of the fatherless to win it, they do
not defend the rights of the poor. Should I not punish them for this?
declares the LORD. Should I not avenge myself on such a nation as this?"

Dan 2:20-21 [Daniel] said: "Praise be to the name of God for ever and ever; wisdom and power are his. He changes times and seasons; he sets up kings and deposes them. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning."
Amo 5:13 Therefore the prudent man keeps quiet in such times, for the times are evil. (re "times are evil" Eph 5:16)

Rom 13:1-7 Every person is to be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God. For rulers are not a cause of fear for good behavior, but for evil. Do you want to have no fear of authority? Eph 5:11 Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but instead even expose them;
1Co 7:20-21 Each man must remain in that condition in which he was called. Were you called while a slave? Do not worry about it; but if you are able also to become free, rather do that.
Eph 6:5 Slaves, be obedient to those who are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in the sincerity of your heart, as to Christ;
1Ti 6:1-2 All who are under the yoke as slaves are to regard their own masters as worthy of all honor so that the name of God and our doctrine will not be spoken against. Those who have believers as their masters must not be disrespectful to them because they are brethren, but must serve them all the more, because those who partake of the benefit are believers and beloved. Teach and preach these principles.

Tit 2:9-10 Urge bondslaves to be subject to their own masters in everything, to be well-pleasing, not argumentative, not pilfering, but showing all good faith so that they will adorn the doctrine of God our Savior in every respect.
Tit 3:1-2 Remind them to be subject to rulers, to authorities, to be obedient, to be ready for every good deed, (2) to malign no one, to be peaceable, gentle, showing every consideration for all men.

1Pe 1:17 Since you call on a Father who judges each man's work impartially, live your lives as strangers here in reverent fear.
1Pe 2:13-16 Submit yourselves for the Lord's sake to every human institution, whether to a king as the one in authority, or to governors as sent by him for the punishment of evildoers and the praise of those who do right. For such is the will of God that by doing right you may silence the ignorance of foolish men. Act as free men, and do not use your freedom as a covering for evil, but use it as bondslaves of God.
1Ti 5:22 Do not lay hands upon anyone too hastily and thereby share responsibility for the sins of others; keep yourself free from sin.
